How to Reach Us

One written route to the desk, and a short guide to where each kind of question actually goes.

Write to us

The written route to this desk is the question form on this page. It reaches the people who maintain the price register, not an installer, and it asks for a name, an email and your question. Who we are and what the site is for is on about conservatorycost.co.uk. The figures themselves start at conservatory cost.

If you would rather not use the form, the same desk reads contact@conservatorycost.co.uk.

Reporting an error in a price or a claim

This is the most useful message you can send us. Include the address of the page, the figure or the claim as it appears, and the source you think is better. We would rather be corrected by a reader than leave a wrong number up. Corrections are dated and published rather than quietly edited away: corrections and fact-checking.

Questions about how a figure was built

Where a number came from, how a range was built, and why we publish a gap instead of an estimate are all set out in our pricing method. If the answer is not there, ask and we will either answer it or add it.

If you have asked for quotes

If you want to know who has your details, how many installers may contact you, or what we are paid for the introduction, start with how we make money. It names the partner and the arrangement. If an installer has contacted you and you want it to stop, say so in a message and we will pass the request on as well as acting on it here.

If you are asking about your data

To ask for a copy of what we hold, to have it corrected, or to withdraw consent, use the form and say so in the message. As the site is built today, a submitted enquiry is stored and emailed to this desk before anything else happens to it, and the full route, along with your rights under UK GDPR, is on how we handle your data.
